Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and a solid understanding of accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Position Overview: The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for performing accounts payable functions, including reconciliation, invoices, and general ledger. The Accounts Payable Specialist will work closely with other team members to ensure that all accounts payable activities are accurately and timely processed.
Key Responsibilities: Perform accounts payable processes in a timely and accurate manner Reconcile vendor accounts, invoices, and general ledger accounts Responsible for the timely payment of invoices and statements Verify accuracy of vendor invoices and statements Process 1099 and 1096 forms as required Maintain credit card statements and records Provide reports as needed Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations Qualifications: Strong background in accounting Solid understanding of accounts payable processes Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Experience with Oracle fusion, accounts payable software, and multiple entity organizations Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
