SOUTH TEXAS RENAL CARE GROUP 215 N San Saba Ste 301 This position is responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities as coordinated with a third party CPA firm. This position reports to the CFO.
General Description Performs a full range of accounting responsibilities including data entry to Oracle NetSuite, information verification and analysis, report preparation, bank and credit card reconciliations, ad hoc reconciliations.
Job Responsibilities The job will include, but not be limited to:
General Ledger and Accounting: Monthly account reconciliations, including General Ledger research and reconciliation. Support preparation of standard and ad hoc management reports. All Accounts Payable functions. Work on other special projects as needed. Proven success in the following job competencies: Knowledge of Accounting Analysis and Interpretation Oral and Written Communication - Able to communicate clearly, and professionally both orally and in writing using Word and Excel Planning, Organization and Time Management Attention to Detail Problem Solving/Decision-making Teamwork Interpersonal Effectiveness Computer Skills Practicing and maintaining a high level of confidentiality Work Experience 2+ years of experience in a bookkeeping position. Computer Skills Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications Experience as a user of Oracle NetSuite preferred Requirements Must reside in San Antonio, Texas Bachelors Degree with a Finance/Accounting major/concentration 2 years of experience in healthcare accounting preferred Job Posted by ApplicantPro
