Responsibilities
• Prepare journal entries• Complete general ledger operations• Handle accounting and closing for international entities• Prepare state sales tax computations and returns• Assist in monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements• Accounts receivable, billing, and warranty troubleshooting• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts• Prepare analysis of accounts as requested• Assist in revenue and cost of goods analysis monthly• Liaise with counterparts in all internal entities to ensure accurate intercompany operations and reporting.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting• 3+ years prior accounting experience (manufacturing background preferred)• Knowledge of billing and warranty work is a plus
