This role is based in our New Jersey office location and is a hybrid schedule.
What you will do, but not limited to Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions Perform Bank Reconciliations, including working with business partners to correct and improve cash movement recognition processes to limit open items Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end closing tasks including journal entries assist in Financial Reporting to ensure accurate results Preparation of Account Reconciliations in support of the financial statements Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances on a timely basis Analyze account movements Be a key team member to streamline and improve process Ad hoc requests as needed What you will bring (experience required/preferred) Demonstrated experience creating financial spreadsheets, charts and reports Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with ability to confidently and effectively communicate to all levels of the company Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment Strong analytical, problem-solving skills Experience extracting statistical and informative reports from a financial system Experience compiling, monitoring, examining financial statements, reports and accounts Comfort in communicating complex financial information to non-financial audiences and decision makers Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret financial information Knowledge of accounting and related data management systems Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines What is required for application Bachelor Degree required Minimum 2-4 years required in Corporate Accounting CPA Preferred Oracle Fusion, Smartview experience preferred (Multi facet accounting software i.e. Oracle, SAP, etc.) Advanced Excel Skills, Google sheets
