Job description:
As an Account Support Manager at Asbury Automotive Group, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key accounts within the Columbus, Ohio area. This is a full-time, work-from-home position that requires a high level of experience and expertise in account management. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
Responsibilities:- Manage and support key client accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for any questions or concerns- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growing existing accounts and acquiring new business- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients on key metrics and KPIs- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management, and apply this knowledge to your work
Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in account management or a related field- Hardworking and reliable individual who is committed to providing exceptional service to clients- Strong leadership and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence others- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
