Account Support Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

XPO Logistics is seeking an Account Support Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities:- Provide support to key customer accounts through various channels of communication including phone, email, and chat- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Manage customer accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction- Monitor account performance and provide recommendations for improvements- Assist in the development and implementation of new account strategies

Requirements:- Passionate and driven individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
