Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

KKR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level Account Support Associate, you will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support to our account management team.

Responsibilities:1. Assist with managing client accounts by organizing and maintaining client records and documents.2. Communicate with clients via phone calls and emails to provide assistance and support.3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of client requests.4. Conduct research and analysis to support account management activities.5. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings.6. Support the implementation of new account management processes and procedures.7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.2. Hardworking and able to work independently.3. Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills.4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
