Our company is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Fort Pierce, FL. This role serves as the primary liaison for our branch, specializing in Customer Relations, Quality Control, Maintenance Safety Procedures, Ancillary Sales, and Budget Adherence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction, and managing all aspects of the maintenance contract. Responsibilities Assist in overall leadership of the branch Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients Ensure high client satisfaction and meet or exceed contractual obligations Manage all aspects of the maintenance contract Identify and develop opportunities for enhancements of existing landscapes Represent the company at various events and organizations Assist the sales team with winning new work Establish and implement quality assurance processes Manage organization's resources, including equipment and materials Develop crew schedules and routes with a focus on efficiency Understand and assist in preparation of bids and contracts Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures Complete all mandatory training classes Applies pesticide and fertilizer in accordance with industry regulations and safety standards, ensuring minimal environmental impact. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid Certified Pest Control Operator (CPCO) license Is a Plus Prior Landscape or Construction Industry experience preferred Current state driver's license Bi-lingual communication is a plus Proven track record in managing a portfolio of accounts in excess of $1.M in annual revenue Demonstrated ability to lead a team of maintenance crews Proven knowledge of accepted business software, mainframe systems and the Internet Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a displayed emphasis on Excel Ability to work independently as well as part of a team In this role, desk work accounts for just 20% of your time. During site visits, you'll be actively engaged in physically demanding tasks, such as continuous movement, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling when installing or repairing equipment. You may also need to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects ranging from 50 to over 100 pounds with the assistance of a team. The job involves repetitive motions and frequent exposure to outdoor conditions, including dirt, odors, noise, pollen, extreme weather, and similar elements, especially when visiting potential client worksites.
