Requirements
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law• Minimum of two (2) years Shift Supervisor or one year Assistant Manager experience required in the restaurant industry (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays• Valid DL in good standing & access to private transportation required• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Working knowledge of cost of goods sales• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented and customer-focused
