Web Chat Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:HollyFrontier, a leading oil refining company, is seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in San Diego, California. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services through web chat- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and new products through web chat- Meet or exceed performance goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversions

Requirements:- Resourceful and confident with strong decision-making skills- Excellent people management skills to effectively communicate with customers- High school diploma or equivalent- No prior experience required, training will be provided- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home- Proficient in typing and using chat software- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
