Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for coaching and guiding sales teams to success. Reporting directly to senior Sales leadership, the Wealth Advisor will play a critical role in driving our sales initiatives forward and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the sales and acquisition teams to achieve all sales goals.
* Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales objectives.
* Assign territories and quotas to sales representatives.
* Evaluate market trends and identify new client opportunities.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales strategies and goals.
* Maintain a customer-focused approach and address customer needs.
* Resolve any customer complaints or operational issues.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
* Minimum of three years of direct financial planning experience required.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
