Summary: IFP Motion Solutions, an ever-growing distributor and manufacturer of custom fluid power and electronic systems controls, located on the northeast side of Cedar Rapids, is looking for a highly motivated team player to join our warehouse group. Duties could include shipping and receiving shipments, inventory management, light mechanical assembly, and general warehouse tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties: The ideal candidate will provide our customers with the best possible service by enjoying attention to detail, organization, having basic computer skills, and facing each new challenge with a positive attitude. You will serve as a liaison to customer service, quality assurance, and other IFP locations, as well as maintaining safety standards.
Ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in warehouse operations
Inventory cycle count experience
Full knowledge of the order fulfillment process, receiving goods and processing freight claims
Forklift certification and pallet jack experience
Ability to foster a professional and team-oriented environment
MS Office and Outlook experience
Previous experience using power tools and an air nailer
Ability to build shipping pallets
