The American Airlines AAdvantage Co-Brand Product team sits within the U.S. Branded Cards North America business unit. With 35+ years of history, the Citi/AAdvantage cobranded credit program is one of industry's largest travel loyalty credit card programs. The Citi Product Management team collaborates with American Airlines to design and market a suite of consumer and small business credit cards that use the airline's loyalty program currency, travel assets, and marketing channels. The team is responsible for defining the strategy for most aspects of the card program, including product value propositions, loyalty marketing, above-the-line advertising, new account acquisition marketing, P&L management, and customer experience.The Existing Customer Marketing & Events team delivers a comprehensive engagement strategy for the Citi/AAdvantage portfolio's Consumer and Small Business products.
