We are currently hiring for the position of Civil Superintendent (some travel required). MIN 3 Years and Construction Degree required Responsibilities: Overseeing construction activities and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
Coordination with vendors and managing personnel
Monitors site conditions and schedules equipment maintenance
Enforcement of all safety and current OSHA/ANSI/ Federal & State compliance requirements
Essential Job Functions: Knowledge and experience with earth work and residential and commercial site development
Understanding of underground utilities
Provide highly organized site management and supervision
Must be familiar with software such as Bluebeam, Buildertrend, Procore, or HeavyJobs,
Skills: Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively
Must be a proven problem-solver
