Job Overview

The Technology Solutions Manager plays a critical role across a wide range of complex process improvements and initiatives, leading scoping discussions, tech feasibility determination, technical visioning and setting the overall technical delivery strategy. The Technology Solutions Manager partners with a wide multi-functional set of teams, internal and external to IT, to drive prioritization and delivery of solutions.

Job Responsibilities :
Project Management
Manages inception activities, including breakdown of business requirements, technical scope definition and budget/cost assessment and management.
Partners with Senior level resources to define technology strategy approach for business process initiatives and to provide recommendations on scope delivery planning.
Serves as technical owner (accountable IT representative) and is responsible for technical stewardship of the full range of business deployment initiatives.
Supports the delivery of technology solutions within business processes by providing leadership in analysis, design, and project and product management.
Supports issue triage on partner concern resolution for technical solution issues.
Strategy
Partners with the business and technical teams to drive strategy, prioritization, process engineering, problem solving, approach, and goals of initiative.
Prepares high level solution design presentations for business and org leadership review.
Serve as a SME of existing functionality for a channel.
Relationship and People Management
Performs day-to-day management of business partner relationships on cross domain initiatives. Helps foster communication to aid in problem resolution.
Provides leadership in evolving design and orchestrates solutions across domain teams.
Identifies, analyzes, and synthesizes information, applying critical thought to present the information in a clear and meaningful way.
Works independently as well as collaboratively.
Education :
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Other Technical Discipline. (Required)
Work Experience :
4-7 years Related working experience. (Required)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
