Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret technical requirements, specifications, and user needs to develop comprehensive solutions and proposals.
Need Diverse technology experience - software & system development lifecycle (Salesforce, CPQ, Power BI, Tableau, Azure, JIRA, Visio, SQL, SaaS, Digital E-Commerce) – app implementation and integration
Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the successful deployment and operation of technical systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Document technical processes, procedures, and system configurations to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail in analyzing technical issues and proposing effective solutions.
Exhibit adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams through effective communication, teamwork, and customer service.
