We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! This is an entry-level role and a great opportunity for someone who's looking to gain experience in Recruiting. This individual will oversee hiring for automotive dealerships in one or multiple of our geographic markets - common roles include Valet, Lot Technician, and Wash Technician. A bachelor's degree is preferred not required Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Attention to detail and the ability to make informed and objective hiring decisions High level of integrity and professionalism Please note this position is entry-level, but some recruiting experience is helpful! Compensation : $40,000 base plus weekly bonus potential
