Adecco is assisting a leader in the Financial Services Industry with their Switchboard Operator contract position in Franklin, WI. This incredible opportunity provides in-depth experience through a challenging position.
Description: Answer and route incoming phone calls, other clerical duties as assigned by manager. Must be personable, detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual with previous office/clerical/reception experience  The candidate will be responsible for answering and transferring calls to the company's main switchboard. In addition, they may be asked to help the team with prepping and scanning of mail.
Hours: PART TIME 20 hrs a week
Requirements:
Prior phone experience
Data entry skills
Previous customer service experience
Strong task management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a wide range of feedback
Can efficiently and effectively work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
Superior oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical ability
