Responsibilities:
- Offer in-house support for various Financial Systems applications such as Yardi, Blackline, Argus, Anaplan, and Concur.
- Manage user accounts and profiles across multiple systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process, ensuring smooth navigation and addressing any tech-related queries.
- Promptly respond to user inquiries regarding software application issues through designated helpdesk tools.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to software applications, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Ensure all requests align with the company's documented controls and change management procedures.
- Conduct training sessions to empower users in maximizing productivity through effective software application utilization.
- Maintain detailed records of user issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Undertake special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Preferably hold a four-year college degree with a BA or BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent. A two-year degree with relevant experience will be considered.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical and critical thinking approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users of varying technical backgrounds.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team to address common or recurring issues.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with productivity software such as Teams and Microsoft Office is preferred.
