Responsibilities

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, rehabilitation related discipline or related field required• Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred• Five (5) years of experience as a licensed clinical professional, preferably in a rehabilitation case management capacity, required• Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama State Board of Nursing or licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist by the appropriate State of Alabama Board required• Current Certified Case Manager (CCM) by the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) required or must be obtained within one (1) year from date of hire into position required
