Resident Assistants - Seasonal Opportunity The Wesley Community welcomes students seeking summer employment in the senior care and/or healthcare field to work as Resident Assistants . This is an opportunity to gain hands-on, relevant experience while earning a competitive wage! Full Time - Part Time - Per Diem | All Shifts ** Pay rate between $16.50-$21.26hour! ** (based on experience and shift differential) The Wesley Community is no longer requiring employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19! What will I do as a Resident Assistant for The Wesley Community? Provide health care tasks, personal hygiene services, housekeeping tasks, and other related support services essential to the client's health. Record and report changes of the client's physical condition, behavior, or appearance to the Director of Clinical Services. Perform light housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, & sweeping. Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist with transfer and ambulation including the use of a cane, walker, and wheelchair. Assist client with miscellaneous household duties. Assist residents with the administration of medications as ordered by their physician and as defined in the medication policies and procedures. Resident Assistant Requirements :
