Primary Role Process various accounting transactions ensuring proper account coding Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports Perform job cost analyses and track labor hours against projects Reconcile credit card statements Maintain various accounting and inventory related records Generate financial statement schedules Expedite purchase orders and assist with sourcing Process inbound deliveries Process outbound shipments Make travel arrangements (air, hotel, and rentals) Perform other accounting-related or special projects as assigned Qualifications Recent experience using NetSuite Accounting strongly preferred MUST be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word, and Outlook Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required Creative thinking, strong interpersonal, communication and people skills, with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction Organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities Ethics, accountability, honesty, and integrity must be of the highest caliber Interest in doing more to contribute than sit at a desk Physically able to lift up to 50lbs. Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States Additional Information IGI focuses primarily on three key segments of the AV space: 1) Advanced Visualization, 2) Advanced Audio-Visual Integration, and 3) Corporate AV Integration.
Advanced Visualization projects involve the design, engineering, fabrication and building of large scale, high-resolution visualization systems for the Fortune 50 and U.S. Military. These technology solutions include PowerWalls, virtual reality (VR) Rooms, and immersive stereo/3D technologies including motion capture labs.
Advanced Audio-Visual Integrations projects consist of large dvLED and other LED video wall solutions, control rooms, and other complex, sophisticated solutions.
