We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Global Technical Support who will be responsible for leading the Cell Health, Centrifuge and Biotech Workflow Solutions second level technical support team based ONSITE at our facility in Loveland, CO .
In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading Global Technical Support teams, responsible for design for services for newly-developed products, global support strategy and plans, preparation of the field service, field applications, call center operations and technical training organizations to support new product launches and for leading the organizations through product introduction.  Managing the global performance of products throughout their lifecycle, utilizing the escalation process to ensure customer satisfaction, ensuring undesired trends are identified, investigated, and mitigated. Supporting product discontinuance appropriately and effectively at the end of their lifecycle. Driving team engagement by setting objectives, creating development plans, and coaching team members to achieve desired outcomes. Assuming accountability around daily management and achievement of Technical Support KPI's Developing strong working relationships with internal business partners and functions Driving a strong continuous improvement culture throughout the technical support and global service organizations The required qualifications for the job include: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Minimum 5 years of successful technical management experience At least 5 years people management & leadership experience, as well as coaching & team building in a large, complex service-oriented environment. Demonstrated 3+ years experience leading continuous improvement via Lean Six Sigma methods May travel domestically up to 20% in the year. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience in leading new product innovation activities Experience in leading field service teams At Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. The annual salary range for this role is $140,000-$160,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
