Role Responsibilities: Lead hardware design projects from conception to production-level systems. Decompose and combine customer requirements for hardware solutions. Design analog/digital circuits, including schematic capture and verification. Conduct hardware testing and debugging. Collaborate with suppliers on component selection. Candidate Qualifications: Proven expertise in analog/digital circuit design. Minimum of 7 years' experience in electronic hardware schematic design and development, preferably for electromechanical control systems. Familiarity with digital communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI. Knowledge of motors, sensors, and electromagnetics (EMC/EMI) is highly advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Master's degree (MSEE) preferred.
