A growing and well-known retail service company is looking to expand its team. This role will be reporting to c-level executives, have autonomy and be able to streamline claim resolutions. Over 3 years experience of workers compensation, general liability, risk management and/or claims experience Extremely diligent and detail oriented Experience with cross collaboration with legal, loss prevention and other departments Analytically thinking, excellent communication, and written skills Proficient in MS Office Suite Managing work comp and incident claims Able to communicate with injured employees, insurance companies, vendors and legal staff Heavy relationship management Partner with legal on claims Experience working with retail claims or with fast food restaurant claims highly preferred That's okay…..Want someone who understands the claims process to help optimize and make sure we are handling claims in the most efficient way possible …we have a Liability claims person and a workers comp claims person so that can be taught.

Describe how you would handle multiple claims at one time with an expectation to close them within 30 days. How do you manage a high volume of claims without compromising on quality?
