Job Description:
.Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to research and development projects to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Biovia ELN.
- Design and implement effective business solutions to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes. -
Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members on Biovia ELN functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all analyzed processes and systems enhancements.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies throughout project lifecycles.
- Optimize workflows within Biovia ELN to support research and development initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Monitor project progress identifying potential risks and devising contingency plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions making adjustments as necessary to meet business goals.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 90,000-$130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
