Slot Floor Technician

Slots Floor Technician Responsibilities: Maintenance Perform daily technical maintenance of slot machines. Investigate and resolve machine performance issues. Maintain slot accounting systems and gaming equipment. Provide technical assistance to guests. Customer Service Create a welcoming environment for guests. Offer guidance on slot machines, promotions, and events. Ensure guest satisfaction with prompt, courteous service. Performance Report incidents to supervisors. Train new technicians and floor staff. Follow organizational policies and maintain a clean work area. Assist with additional duties as needed. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; trade school or Associate Degree in Electronics preferred. Three years of slot machine maintenance experience preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a Key Gaming License. Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Flexible schedule; able to work various days/hours. Must be 21 years or older. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient with diagnostic equipment and Microsoft applications.
