Service Expediter Location Parker, CO : Job Summary: Mile High Harley-Davidson of Parker is seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Expediter. As a Service Expediter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service by keeping track of all service orders, coordinating with service technicians and customers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry located in Parker, Colorado. Compensation & Benefits: The Service Expediter position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, employees are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts on Harley-Davidson merchandise. Responsibilities: Receive and review all service orders, ensuring that all required information is complete and accurate Coordinate with service technicians to prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance tasks Keep track of all ongoing service orders and provide regular updates to customers Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, addressing any questions or concerns Accurately record all service orders and billing information in the dealership's system Coordinate with the parts department to order and receive necessary parts for service orders Maintain a clean and organized service area and ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working condition Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with an exceptional service experience Adhere to all dealership and industry safety regulations and protocols Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the auto industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and their components is preferred but not required Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays EEOC Statement: Mile High Harley-Davidson of Parker is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
