Job Summary: The responsibilities of a Service Advisor include greeting customers, listening to their needs, and scheduling appointments as needed. If you are willing to go above and beyond and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, submit your resume.Service Advisor Compensation and Benefits:Competitive PayFlexible Working HoursHealth Insurance* PTO* 401(K)* Compensation: $40,000-$100,000 per yearService Advisor Responsibilities:Greet customers promptlyObtain customer and vehicle informationClearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customerDetermine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehiclePrepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and partsEstablish follow up timeMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequentlyVerify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair orderExplain all completed work and charges to customersMaintain a positive CSI Score at or above region averageService Advisor Requirements:Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfactionPast experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultantVery energetic personalityA desire for a long-term career with a growing organizationPersonal and professional integrityComputer skills and willingness to learn new programsWe are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
