JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled ML Ops Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an ML Ops Engineer, you will play a critical role in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning models and pipelines in production environments. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps professionals to ensure the seamless integration of machine learning solutions into our products and services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage API endpoints for serving machine learning models to internal and external stakeholders.
Help with develop and implement NLP algorithms and models to extract insights from unstructured data sources such as text, documents, and social media.
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to streamline the model development lifecycle, from experimentation to production deployment.
Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of deployed models and infrastructure.
Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure for deploying machine learning models and pipelines using FastAPI, Prometheus, and Airflow.
Optimize machine learning pipelines for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve productivity and reduce manual intervention.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in machine learning operations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALFICATIONS
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 4+ years of professional experience.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
Understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
Certifications in relevant technologies or platforms.
Problem-solving aptitude.
Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with different departments within the company and employees.
Requires the ability to prioritize work, meet stringent deadlines, balance multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
