We have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner join our Commercial Finance team.As a true business partner to Senior Leadership Team members, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of the business units.
About the role:
The Senior Finance Business Partner will work with the Operations & Sales team who run our network of branches to deliver on Tradelink's vision to be our customers' first choice.You will be a trusted partner providing various operational stakeholders with financial insights, analysis and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as a trusted advisor to operational stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support to drive business decisions and outcomes
Conduct analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost saving opportunities
Prepare regular performance reports and commentary on performance including recommendations on improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions to operational financial issues
Support the governance surrounding business processes, driving accountability through ensuring progress against business priorities
Support business case development for any new business initiatives, track cost and benefits where required
Set budgets and forecasts and carry out monthly review of results
Identify and define process and system improvements
About You:
You will demonstrate personal drive, accountability and intellectual curiosity and take a hands-on approach to getting things done.You'll also need:
Relevant experience in preparing, understanding and analysing financial information to identify business opportunities/challenges and recommend alternate actions
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
CA, CPA or equivalent experience
