At MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions, we design, deliver, and service HVAC, plumbing, and automation system solutions for commercial buildings.We are seeking a Senior Controls Specialist to configure and test building controls systems in commercial buildings.The role reports to the Building Controls Operations Manager and offers growth opportunities and freedom.

Responsibilities
• Configure, set up, and test building controls systems in commercial buildings.• Develop and write software code to meet project requirements.• Test mechanical equipment operation and resolve control system issues.• Assist with all aspects of building controls, including configuration, programming, startup, and troubleshooting.• Deliver excellent customer service and problem-solving.• Continuously learn and gain knowledge of building controls systems.
Requirements
• Proficiency in building controls, including pneumatic, electronic, energy management systems, lighting control systems, computerized control systems, and communication networks.• Experience in developing software code for control systems.• Knowledge of mechanical equipment operation and control system components.• Excellent customer service skills.• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and positive attitude.• Motivated to learn and solve problems.• Ability to work in a lean, results-oriented environment.• Desire to have fun in a transparent and innovative work environment.
