Madison College is hiring a Senior OnBase Administrator. This position assists customers with the development of solutions to extend the capabilities of the OnBase Content Management platform. The position reviews requests, prioritizes projects, develops, designs, and implements solutions and provides consultation related to the system. This position stays abreast of technology changes and system enhancements, releases, and updates and ensures that the system is running properly, and processes are adhered to. This position also allocates work within the OnBase team and provides guidance to team members on solutions and problems.
This position reports to the Director, ERP Business Systems.

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, exempt position. Core office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, M-F. This position has an option for 100% remote work (remote equipment package will be provided). While preference will be given to those candidates residing in the state of Wisconsin, we are open to consideration of other domestic locations.

This position will be opened until filled, with a first review date of June 9, 2024, at 11:59 pm. After this date, the recruitment may close without further notice. First Round interviews will tentatively be the week of June 17th with Second Round the first or second week of July. Anticipated start date is the beginning of August.
Responsibilities:
Manages the prioritization of work on simultaneous projects. Performs intake with business owners and evaluates, prioritizes, and communicates planning. Provides consultation and advice on emerging issues and development by reviewing the roadmap, identifying what is new and upcoming and what is changing and looking at what could be used in the future. Designs, implements, administers, maintains, and supports OnBase Systems to support various document processing and repositories throughout the organization. Maintains expertise in emerging technologies; stay apprised of vendor roadmaps for new releases, enhancements, and end-of-support announcements. Serves as a point of contact for developing content management business and technical solutions. Determines what the team is focusing on and how the work is divided. Maintains the security, confidentiality, and integrity of content management. Ensures processes are adhered to and that the processes abide by confidentiality rules. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Skill in communicating effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing. Demonstrated skill in communications and human relations with populations of diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds and persons with disabilities. Advanced working knowledge of OnBase Systems Administration Advanced working knowledge of OnBase Workflow Knowledge of OnBase API methodologies Knowledge of project management principles, tools and techniques Knowledge of content management security concepts Experience with leading people through projects Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience directly related to the skills required for successfully performing this position. Experience used as an equivalent of an educational requirement is in addition to any experience required by the position.

5 (Five) years of work experience, directly related to the skills required for successfully performing the duties of this position.
Certifications/Licenses:
OnBase Certified Administrator (most preferred)
OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (preferred)
OnBase Certified Application Programming Interface (preferred)
