About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of 25+ accounts, responsible for nurturing and expanding their revenue. Working closely with real estate developers, city planners, and consultants, you'll ensure they achieve their community engagement goals using our platform. Through regular communication via email, phone, and Zoom meetings, you'll provide confidence by sharing our proven engagement strategies.
Your responsibilities will include onboarding customers, setting up their engagement websites, managing engagement results, providing strategic advice, and driving renewals. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, you'll ensure optimal product and service delivery for our customers.
This role is full-time, but we can accommodate a part-time schedule for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers throughout their lifecycle: onboarding, business reviews, renewals, and ongoing advisory services.
- Own renewals, upsells, and revenue forecasting targets.
- Communicate progress, outcomes, milestones, and vision to customers via phone calls, emails, and Zoom meetings.
- Take a consultative approach, building strong partnerships with customers by understanding their needs and goals.
- Educate customers, facilitate strategic meetings, and craft executive-level updates to grow customer accounts.
- Drive adoption through exceptional onboarding experiences and ongoing strategic meetings.
- Develop best-practice feedback themes and comment topics for inclusive engagement.
- Track, measure, and report on customer KPIs to identify engagement opportunities.
- Identify customer trends and needs, communicating them internally to improve our offerings.
Requirements
We're eager to speak with you if your background includes:
- Significant experience managing relationships with enterprise customers in account management, sales, or customer success.
- Industry experience in urban planning, real estate development, or public affairs, especially with large-scale developers.
- Proven success exceeding revenue targets and delivering KPIs.
- Comfort meeting with large customer teams of varied stakeholders, including senior-level positions.
- Strong consultative problem-solving skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Exceptional follow-up, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate internally and across teams with empathy.
