Position Title: Sanitation Supervisor
Support bakery operations by maintaining and implementing sanitation activities and food safety policies to uphold company standards.
Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager
Positions Supervised: Sanitation Technicians
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily sanitation activities to ensure compliance with food safety requirements.
* Maintain Gluten-Free, Organic, Non-GMO programs.
* Assist with required audits, completing and maintaining sanitation records.
* Maintain SSOP documents and support HACCP program maintenance.
* Monitor sanitation and manufacturing environment for quality standards.
* Ensure comprehensive and timely employee training.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years in sanitation leadership in food manufacturing.
* Experience with safe use of sanitation chemicals and enforcing SSOPs, GMPs, and food safety requirements.
* Ability to follow regulations and customer specifications.
* Stay informed about regulatory changes.
* Accurate completion of paperwork.
* Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
* Dependable, punctual, with steady work pace.
Standards of Performance:
* Ensure equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and ready for production.
* Maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
* Keep work environment clean and safe.
* Consistently adhere to policies and procedures.
* Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
Authority:
* Ensure daily sanitation activities are completed.
* Stop production for safety or quality reasons.
* Enforce company policies & procedures.
* Report any issues to QA Manager.
As the Sanitation Supervisor you will be supported by Sanitation Leads or QA Manager. Along with and a competitive salary of 75K-90K plus bonus .
