What You Will Do:
As a valued member of our team, you'll operate in a remote call center environment, fielding inbound calls and promoting home services such as TV/Internet, Phone, and other products on behalf of esteemed brand partners. Your responsibilities will include:
Participating in a comprehensive 6-week training program within a remote virtual team environment.
Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere.
Managing a high volume of calls, handling 20-25 back-to-back calls daily.
Striving to close sales during initial interactions.
Receiving weekly coaching sessions with a Team Lead.
Enjoying a 1-hour lunch break and a 30-minute recharge break during your workday.
