Resident In Counseling/Lpc/Lcsw Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated therapist to join our team in Midlothian, VA, delivering therapy both in-person and through our secure Telehealth platform. Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and couple's therapy sessions.
Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Deliver psychotherapy services to children and adults.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including notes, treatment plans, and safety plans.
Ensure compliance with Medicaid, commercial insurance, and state licensure requirements.
Maintain communication with clients, responding to emails and phone calls promptly.
Maintain liability insurance as an independent contractor.
Maintain a caseload of at least 10 clients per week and engage in marketing efforts to fill the caseload.
Requirements:
Must be a Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia.
Must possess a working cell phone.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a caseload and engage in marketing efforts.
