Xerox is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced contact center environment. As an Entry Level specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's database.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.5. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to customers.

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Strong communication and presentation skills.3.
