Remote Client Support Manager

AbbVie is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 8 years of experience in client support roles.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote client support specialists to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve client support processes and procedures- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement- Serve as the main point of contact for escalated client inquiries and issues- Conduct regular trainings and performance evaluations for the remote client support team- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in a client support management role- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent persuasion and cooperation skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client support software- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
