Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

UGI is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will have a resilient and energetic personality, with strong people management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and check-ins- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met- Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations as needed- Assist in the development of client retention strategies- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Proven experience in a client relations or customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
