Job Description:

United Technologies is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers via chat to provide assistance, resolve issues, and answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.2. Utilize active listening and negotiation skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.3. Demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and handle potentially difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. Dedication to providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations.2. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards helping customers and solving problems.3. Strong negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues and conflicts.4. High emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers' needs and emotions.5.
