As a Senior Salesperson - District Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within your assigned district, leveraging your experience in PEMB sales to deliver exceptional results.
Job Title: Regional Account Manager - PEMB Manufacturer and Contractor
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, including architects, engineers, developers, and contractors.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to prospective clients.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
* Track sales metrics, monitor market performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
* Proven experience in sales and account management within the pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) industry.
* Strong understanding of PEMB manufacturing processes, construction methods, and industry standards.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
