Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats• Proactively address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary• Promote alteration services and maintain store standards• Process orders, receive merchandise, and ensure quality standards• Complete cash wrap transactions accurately• Assist with sales promotions and visual updates• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 1-2 years prior retail experience preferred• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and adapt to their needs• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills• Knowledge of inventory management procedures• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of dress• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks• Basic computer and electronic device usage skills
