Quality Engineer

Well-established corporation in the Capital Region is looking for a talented engineering professional to join its Quality team.  Due to continued growth this industry leader is in search of a Quality Engineer to help support its daily operations and long-term projects. Some of the general responsibilities would include but are not limited to: Lead and participate in quality improvement projects for products and processes. Facilitate training related to quality and develop training material as required. Develop work procedures to improve quality goals and eliminate waste for the site Maintain the Quality Management System and all quality records Assist operations and engineering with defining appropriate manufacturing processes & procedures Review and analyze CMM layout reports and recommend changes as required. Plan and perform internal process audits.
