Power Bi Lead

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of BI development in the areas assigned
- Take and clarify BI requirements, participate in design discussions, propose recommendations
- Assign work to the offshore team and thoroughly review it
- Work personally on BI development
- Provide support in PST hours
- Coordinate work in different time zones

Skills/Experience:
- 5-year development experience with Power BI
- 3-year experience with leading BI projects
- 3-year experience with databases
- Extensive experience with data modelling
- Ability to lead projects, assist offshore team with BI development and participate in development when needed
- Ability to work with stakeholders, understand business requirements and translate them into actionable instructions
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Self-starter, team player and project driver
- Experience with building project plans
- Experience with Databricks and cloud storage is a big bonus
- Experience with Tableau and/or PowerApps is a minor bonus
