Job DescriptionMy client offers clinical support with direct one-on-one mentoring to all their Dentist & Specialist. My client allows you to concentrate on your area of expertise, while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. My client strives to hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure efficient flow of daily operations; from the reception area to dental assisting staff. Not only do you have the freedom to focus on the clinical side of dentistry, but you have control over treatment plans. Responsibilities: Conduct dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions for infants, children and adolescents. Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' dental needs. Perform dental procedures such as examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions and preventative treatments. Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practices, nutrition and proper dental care techniques. Monitor and maintain patient records and documentation. Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care.
