Full-time Patient Access Rep positionFront desk and/or call center supportNo nights, weekends, or holidays required

Responsibilities
• Performing administrative support duties for patient intake process• Checking in/out patients, collecting demographic and financial data• Scheduling appointments, collecting payments• Processing referrals and pre-authorizations• Handling patient questions about billing and insurance• Coordinating patient instructional activities• Interacting with patients directly or on the phone
Requirements
• One year of customer service experience, two years preferred• Healthcare or Call Center experience preferred
