Proven strategic pricing experience.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Ability to travel (approximately 20%).
Bachelor's Degree preferred/Industry experience preferred.

The Product Manager is responsible for the business results of a defined portfolio of product, the Product Manager will determine the product strategy based upon company position and develop plans to achieve product objectives. Working with other Gemaire Departments ( Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Pricing, Operations) the Product Manager will be responsible for implementation of his or her proposals and, ultimately, for their success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage product results including inventory, costs, revenues and contributions.
Analyze product costs and evaluates against other product lines and competition.
Determine the product strategy based upon company position.
Provide leadership in developing and implementing marketing and merchandising, in conjunction with Marketing department.
Manage inventory levels; analyze and determine stocking levels and review and manage inventory performance including turns, excess, slow products, and disposal of nonproductive inventory.
Evaluate and monitor sales performance and develop sales initiatives.
Work with corporate and division leadership to create showrooms that are consistent, with a defined product strategy, and implement showroom strategy.
Work with Regional sales managers and Territory managers to identify sales opportunities and execute on those opportunities.
Schedule ride-a-longs with all territory managers to visit customers.
Partner with supporting departments to transition, price, and launch successful products.
