Responsibilities
• Oversees workload/portfolio allocation and reallocation of support staff and/or direct reports as needed.• Ensures staff is properly trained on functional responsibilities.• Monitors quality of service and recommends strategies for improvement.• Identifies, tracks, and shares key unit performance management metrics.• Ensures data accuracy and integrity within relevant systems.• Serves as a subject matter expert on relevant systems.• Assists with improvements to enterprise resource system(s).• Develops, updates, and revises operations policies and standard operating procedures.• Maintains knowledge on institutional policies and processes.• Builds positive relationships with key institutional teams.• Makes recommendations to leadership regarding data management and central data repositories.• Responsible for data integrity, QA, and reporting.• Serves as primary liaison with Finance.• Develops and updates website pages with general content and workflows.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in related field• Approximately 4 years of related experience• Demonstrated strong communication skills• Established leadership skills• Ability to multi-task and excellent project management skills
