Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Operations Manager to join our team remotely on a commission-based arrangement. As the Operations Manager, you'll be at the helm of our day-to-day operations, playing a pivotal role in steering our business growth and deal success. The ideal candidate is meticulous, well-organized, and adept at fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in marketing and networking efforts to connect with wholesalers, real estate agents, and fellow investors for potential deals.
- Assess the viability and profitability of deals through comping and underwriting processes.
- Facilitate property walkthroughs and inspections.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, including contractors and property managers.
- Ensure seamless communication among all involved parties throughout each deal.
- Uphold our company values and standards in all interactions and operations.
- Continuously explore opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
